Booking Discount Package Last Minute

I am wanting to take my twin daughters and my niece to the world for their birthday end of February. The dates are included in specials. I will not be able to purchase the trip until 1-3 weeks before our arrival date, when I would purchase in full. The dates I am considering are included in specials.

Does anyone have experience booking a discount package last minute? Any tips? I am already stalking ADRs. Will I be able to book FPs 30 days out, 1 day at a time without any tickets linked, or am I SOL until I have booked the package?

You cannot book FP without linked tickets.

As long as the offer is still available you'd just be subject to availability at that point.

So long as what you want is still available with the discount you will be able to purchase it. Don't know how particular you will be about which resort or room type you are looking for.

You can book ADRs now.

You will not be able to book FPs at all without linked tickets. If you are booking a package and you won't obtain tickets until the package is booked, then you cannot make any FPs until you have the tickets.
