Booking Dining Packages online

I have managed to book ADRs for our upcoming trip online, but cannot book dining packages (such as the Fantasmic! Dinner Package).

I just constantly get 'Error 500 - Server Error' when I click on the link. I have tried various ways to do it.

Any tips from anyone for how I can do this?

I am desperate to book the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package online when it becomes available, but presume I will get the same problem.

It's driving me mad...!!

I think its a common complaint, on the restaurant section of the forum. The site seems to be having lots of problems, its been like that for a while.
Probably calling them is the best way to book it.

Looks like calling them in the ONLY way to book (from the UK)!

Not too much of a problem though - I just managed to get through straight away on the dot of 7am (Eastern time) - noon here - to book our Candlelight Processional package and got exactly what I wanted, so very happy

I called as soon as the phone lines opened and got what I wanted but it is getting beyond ridiculous that they can't get the website to work!

Completely agree with you. A massive company like Disney you would have thought would be able to get it right. Quite shocking!

Agreed....I don't expect perfection but it should be better than this!

I had the same problem last year; had to ring up for fantasmic package. She also booked preferred viewing for EPCOT at the same time, which I didn't even realise you had to do.

Advice at the time was call WDTC on 0800 16 90 730, and ask for dining reservations - you then get put through to US, on a free UK number. Which is better than dialling USA directly. Don't know if this still works...

What do you mean about booking preferred viewing for Epcot?

One of the extras you get (last year at least) is a priority "ticket" for Illuminations. Gets you into one of the roped off areas (supposed to be near Morocco, apparently, although we ended in the UK one, see TR!). Apparently you have to book this and you collect tickets from resort. I think you get Wishes viewing spot as well, although we didn't bother with that last time.

Hi all. Sorry to hijack the thread.. but would like some advise.

We are booked to be at the POR next May (10th) for 2 weeks.

We booked through travelcity travel agent. So how do I book for dinner shows.

I'd like to book for hoop-dee-Doo revue show and Fantasmic show.
How far out do bookings go? and how would I do it please?

Appreciate any pointers.
