Sorry if this has been asked before, but can anyone help with the UK time the next date is released online? From memory, the telephone lines open at 7am US, so we have called at 12pm, but I wasn't sure if the next date was released online at the same time?
Does anyone have any experience of booking online? I'm hoping for Crystal Palace breakfast which seems to go straight away!

I just completed all my ADR's using the on-line service and found it fantastic.
I even got a CRT Breakfast ADR for 8.10am, I could not believe it
You need to log on to the site at say 10.50am as the online system seems to be an hour ahead of the telephone line and becomes active at 11.00am our timne. Then were it says "retrieve my reservation", pop in there your US reservation number, then the telephone number used when making your hotel reservation and hopefully, fingers crossed, your visit details will come up.
You then simply select which ever restaurant you want, your time required, amount of people and hey presto
I'm presuming your staying on site and therefore are able to book 90 days + 10. Once you input your details and retrieve your booking you should see the 10 days ahead of your check in day highlight, as so to say, you can book any of these days. I would suggest that if you are wanting an ADR at any of the popular restaurants like, Le Celiier, CRT, Chef Mickey etc then select those days first, dont make the mistake of going in order of your days, if you get what I mean
Again to reinterate, you can make online ADR's from 11.00am, and grab your most wanted first !!!
Also, we are staying for over 3 weeks and as each day passed, ie 90 days plus 11 etc etc, the next day would also appear available to book on line.
I cannot praise this new system enough, love it, love it, love it
