Booking Dining on MDE - Credit Card Never Saves!

I'm curious if anyone else has experienced this issue - and if there is a fix...

Whenever I make a dining reservation on the my disney experience app/site I have to type in my credit card number...it won't let me save my card. I've tried at least a dozen times to save my card either separately in the system, or right after I make a reservation (it gives the option to save the card). But inevitably, the next time I go to make a reservation the card info is just not there.

Any ideas?

Are you trying both the app/website?? If you use it on your phone make sure it’s the most current version. If it’s the website, make sure your browser is up to date too. If it keeps happening on your computer, I would clear your browser history/cookies and quit your browser and reopen. If all else fails maybe wait a day or two and try again- maybe a site glitch.

You need to save your CC info in the "My Profile" section of MDE. Then when you make your ADRs the system will simply ask you if you want to use the CC you have on file instead of having to manually enter it each time.
