Booking Dilemma

Now that we are getting married in Florida, we have to make a slight change to our honeymoon booking and book for 10 other people. Sadly it doesn't look like it is going to be that simple.

Virgin have said that we will need to cancel our current booking and rebook with the new dates. I priced up last night and its going to be an extra £500 for two more nights. We originally booked in April for sept 2013 and got a good rate.

Secondly the 10 people are cre my mum, dad, his wife and two children. My DF mum, stepdad, sister, sister DBF and grandad.

My mum and dad have not seen each other since they split 3 years ago and sadly it wasn't a nice split and has been a lot of nasty things said over the last three years. My mum isn't bothered about them as she knows its our wedding so wants nothing to spoil it. However my dad seems to be causing a fuss about it.

Now my DF family are going to add 2 more days onto the hol, we are paying for 5 days for everyone originally. And my dad is paying for the two boys and DF grandad is paying for himself.

I just don't know how to go about doing it all. And it's really stressing me out.

We will booking with Travel City. I am booking it all so need to book the following:

Sort original honeymoon for 16 nights at Saratoga Springs

Book 7 nights for 5 people

5 nights fur Dads family

5 nights for Mum

I'd like to book everyone in the same place and would like them to have cars. But not sure how to do the booking fit different amount of nights. Can I do the booking for the family even tho I'm not one if them?

I don't want my mum to have to travel back to the UK with my dads family. Can she check in without them even though they might be on same booking?

I understand that this may just come across as ranting and worrying but if anyone has any suggestions on the best way to do this, would be very much appreciated!!

I would leave your booking as it is and then book everyone else and link it so then your rooms will be near each other or you be just wasting £500 that you could use on something else. Make sure you have everyone information then im sure you can book them all

If you are booking packages you will not be able to be on one booking unless everyone is travelling for the same time.

You will need to book each of them seperatly - this will also mean your mum can travel back on her own.

Could your mum not sit with grandad and maybe go six days so def won't meet up with your dad?

Since the max is seven nights do you think people will need cars?

I hope you get it sorted. Xx
