Booking day for dvc member cruise tomorrow!!

Close to 4 hours and sill can not get in. The worse part is if we finally get in and find out they are all booked. Close to calling it a day. I was trying to be positive this am. Not looking good.

I'm with you. Seems like a lottery system would have worked better.

This is so frustrating! Just keep getting busy. I keepo wondering as do the others that are with me and calling on their phones, I wonder if DVC has enough people working on this. Not sure how long I will be doing this.

We were lucky to get in. now 1 hr 25 min on hold so far.

Well someone screwed up. Not sure if it was MS or DCL. Requested 8A, was charged points for an 8A, but DCL website shows 8C.

Don't really care that it's an 8C, but the cost is different. Not in the mood to try all day to get the points fixed.

DVC just called us. They should not have been booking the guarenteed. She said we could waitlist for a different category, but I said we were okay with the 8C. She is going to fix our points.

I believe they tried a lottery system one year and it didn't work.

Tried to book a catagory 11 and was told the cheapest catagory current available is 5D. We booked the 5D.

Best of luck to others looking for cheaper catagories.

I'm sure that DVC is fully staffed, but it appears they did not make provisions with their telecommunications carrier to handle the extreme volume of calls they must be getting. 4+ hours of busy signals is unacceptable.
