Booking CRT before you book your room.

I am trying to get a reservation at CRT for a large party, we are planning on doing the DDP so we will be using those credits for the meal. However, there is no way I can get everyone in the group to pay me up front before I need to make the ADR. I know several years ago I called and made a reservation and was able to tell them that I was doing the dining plan but hadn't book yet and I was able to make the ADR with just the card to hold. Will they still do this?

No. If you don't have a reservation with a dining plan made to attach the dining reservation to they will require full payment.
