Booking Concierge less than 90 days out?

I am looking to book a stay for the last week of Nov. But I will not be sure I can book until next week. This will be just under 90 days out. Should I go ahead and call and make my ADRs or can I count on a little concierge magic at getting me what I want. On the same note if I book over the weekend should I call/email IPO asap with my requests? I need some help please!!!
