Booking Christmas week

After watching the many Disney Christmas shows on Travel and Food networks, we want to book a trip to BLT or AKV for next Dec 27 - Jan 1. Will we have trouble getting our 11 mth ressie for a 1br if most folks arrive before Christmas?

The odds are definitely in your favor if you book as soon as your 11 month window opens. That said, you may have a problem getting a particular room type or view.

I see you own at AKV and BLT.

You could have a problem getting Concierge or Value at AKV, but there shouldn't be an issue if you want Savanna or Standard View.

At BLT, there shouldn't be a problem getting Lake View, but MK & Standard View could be a problem.

All that said, even if you want one of the more difficult categories, waitlists seem to work more often than not when they are initiated at 11 months.
