Booking candlelight package without narrators?

Hello, we have never gone around Christmas time and I have been reading about the candle light professional package but we can book meals next week and there's no mention of this package anywhere yet . So how do you plan your meals when you don't know the hours of animal kingdom come and if the candlelight package is available ? Do you just book something and then call and change it...? Ty

Yes. (That's true of any dining reservation. Subject to specific limitations of cancellation.)

Book a back up dining reservation just in case. When Candlelight Dining Packages are announced you will have to book the package specifically and cancel your back up reservation. Regular reservations and package reservations come from separate inventories so even if your back up reservation is at the same restaurant, you will not be able to change it to a package. I think last year packages became available in early July.
