How far out can you make your reservation? Looking on their website, their calendar only goes up through Dec 31, 2018.

I believe they're supposed to open up next year's dates on June 19th.

I booked GCH one year in advance to reserve 2 rooms for Dapper Days in 2016. Called May 8, 2015 to reserve rooms April 30 thru May 5 , 2016. Dapper Day rooms are limited and I didn`t want to lose out. I would call in rather than book online. Also , you can add admission tickets to your room reservation. That will lock in the ticket cost. For Dapper Day reservations I called the main reservation number and asked to be transferred to the convention line. Im assuming you can book a year in advance for non convention rooms.

Are you sure on this? I know WDW is opening their 2019 days on 6/19, but usually Disneyland releases theirs later in the summer. I'm just wondering because I'm trying to make an onsite trip work next year and I need to see how much it will cost and if we can even hope to afford it over staying offsite (my family requires 2 rooms or a suite so it's not a simple booking for us).

Well, I read that date somewhere (I believe on my Twitter feed), and I just assumed it was for both.

I called about bookings for December 2019 yesterday and they told me that pricing would not be available until mid-late July. They didn’t mention if bookings would be open at that time also.

Twice a year this organization holds an informal gathering at Disney Resorts in Anaheim, Florida , and Paris . You don`t need to join anything or register and participation is optional but encouraged. If you call the reservation desk, ask for the convention reservations. After they transfer you tell them you are participating in Dapper Days and give the dates you need for rooms. You get great discounts on rooms and admission tickets. In 2016 i got a Standard GCH room for something like $257/night and a GCH Concierge room for $457.Five day park hoppers were i think around $305 and I got them for around $ 260. Dont remember the exact price but it was a significant discount. They set aside a limited number of rooms for the event and they get sold out fast so you need to book early. It is fun to watch all the dressed up people. The event draws something like 12 to 15,000 participants but they schedule it during non peak times like the week after Easter break so the crowds are not too bad. .Be sure to add the admission tickets to the room reservation to lock in the price. They give you the tickets at check in and they are dated and only good for the two weeks around the event.

There is another convention where you get discounts on rooms and admission tickets. https://www.gaydaysanaheim.com/.. You don`t have to be Gay to participate but you do have to register or join the organization. I never attended this so I don`t have info on discounts or crowds.

The discounts are similar to Dapper Days. Crowds can get pretty crazy, mostly because it's in October when all the Halloween crowds are also there. I'm not sure how much the event actually influences the crowds since it's always packed in October in my experience.

So I got my email from Dapper Day yesterday in regards to spring dapper day 2019 here in CA. Looks like Paradise Pier is the only hotel offered for Dapper Day rates?!?
Usually it’s the Disneyland Hotel and the Grand! I’m shocked
