Booking Cabana #21--Online or Via Phone?

Everything I read said cabana #21 had to be booked via phone. When I did online check in and Port Adventures last night, I did look and it showed Sold Out but I figured that was because I had to call in. This morning when I called in the CM told me that everything was booked online and nothing booked on the phone.

Which is it for Cabana #21?

I was able to book Cabana #21 through shoreside concierge when the concierge booking window opened 120 days out and that was through email request. Sounds like it is indeed already booked. You can keep calling back and see if anybody cancels

Cabana #21 is the largest cabana holding up to 16 people. I have a party of 11 so this the only option for renting a cabana!

We had Cabana 21, I didn't personally book it, it was booked by someone I was linked to, but I am 99% sure it was booked online.

We've only gotten cabanas through shoreside concierge. It's possible that it hasn't been booked and they're just holding onto it, but I don't know how you would go about finding out if that is the case or when they would release it.

On our January sailing, cabana 21 was the only one available for me to reserve online at my check in. I logged in right at midnight, we are platinum. I was really bummed that was the only one left on the family beach! I didn't reserve it - it was gone within about two minutes. So yes it can definitely be reserved online.
