Booking Breakfast at Minnie's

Hi,
We are visiting DL in early October 5th - 9th and I'm waiting for the times to be released for each day on the Disneyland calendar but looking at the weeks before we arrive ... weekdays the park opens at 10am, if this is the case what time will Minnie's open for Breakfast? We would like to do a Character breakfast there and I'm thinking if the park opens that late we could maybe go a little earlier (which I think I have heard before here is possible) ... but is it possible at this time of the year, the Minnie's Page will not give me opening times yet.

I have booked on 17 Oct. I asked for the earliest time, and they gave me 8.40am, but I have no idea when the park actually opens ( maybe 8am for the magic morning and 9am for normal??)

The park will open earlier on Tuesday since there is a Halloween Party...likely 8am. You may want to schedule that day.
Even though the calendar is not up, you can still contact Disney Dining and they will give you the time of the earliest reservation.

It will probably open earlier during those days- and for me I book a later breakfast time because I don't want to waste that prime ride time, especially if I have EMH
