Booking at 7 Months

Yes, F & W has gotten to be an epic event it seems. And DVC Members are savvy and know to grab quickly those high demand seasons. Going forward if there are website issues (& we know there will be unfortunately) PLEASE give MS a quick call & see if you can snag any of that availability you are seeing. Good luck!

I thought about calling, but this morning was before they opened and during the day I didn't have time be be on hold. Tonight, it all worked and the rooms magically became available.

Good work, cdnjason! I don't know what dates or room type you are trying for, but I can tell you this... keep working it this way and you WILL get your choice resort one of these days. I've even been able to book GV's at non-home resorts so it CAN be done if you move at the stroke of 7 months and use that W/L! (and as other recommend you can keep checking availability too, but I have gotten my W/L's fulfilled many times over 2+ decades)

Currently W/L for BCV during F&W. Would be awesome if that came through. Appreciate your support. Thanks again.

That's a toughie for F & W but if you got on the W/L right at the 7 month mark, it could happen.

Within the first 30 mins of the 7 month mark. Hopeful, but no expectations. Vacationing in WDW is always magical.

I would not just rely on the wait list. We had wait listed for one resort, but kept looking a couple times a day. I didn't hear anything from the wait list, but was able to book the room and dates we wanted by checking rooms frequently. Rooms seem to become available and disappear frequently.

Do you have other rooms already? We booked at another resort so we had rooms for the trip. Then cancelled those when I was able to book the ones we wanted.

Yes, we are booked at the Poly. We've always stayed at the Poly of GF. So, finally trying to broaden our resort horizon.
