My family is booking our room and ddp 4 people total. Now my dad and his wife are staying different room and separate booking also ddp. I am the one in charge of all ADR and fast passes. Am I able to add them to my mde once they book everything? We are planning our table services for each day and would be much easyer to add them than try to match times on 2 accounts. (Never done this befor)

Also once we eat and go to pay do we need to separate checks to make sure the ddp credits get taken properly? Sorry if these are silly questions but I gotta do adr this month and I just wanna do it right. Ty for any help.

You don't need to match times on two accounts. Simply make your ADR's for the number of people who are eating. If you have 6 people total, simply log on to your MDE account and make ADR's for 6. Anyone can make ADR's for as many or as few people as they would like. It has nothing to do with how many people are in your room or in your MDE account.

Making FP+ is another story and you will need to be linked as Friends and Family and have valid ticket media linked to all guests at that point. But you don't need to worry about that to make ADR's.

Yes, you'll need separate checks for each room to use the DDP credits correctly. Just let your server know at the beginning of the meal for table service, for counter service order separately.
