Booking ADR earlier than 180 mark on app?

Per all the online calculators my 180 mark opens March 24th for a Sept 20th stay. On a computer it does not allow me to make any reservations yet, but on the app I am able to make them for the entire trip right now. Is this normal or a glitch?
