Sorry if this has already been asked, but I couldn't find it. What is the best way to book your trip? I would either be using my travel agent through AAA or booking it myself throught the ABD phone number. Any input would be helpful. Thanks

I don't think it will matter, unless you know a travel agent that really knows a lot about ABD. I believe that these tours are like DCL and agents can not discount the tours. Although you might find an agent that will give you a present or a gift certificate. I'm sure you will hear people that prefer both ways. I made my through DVC, since we decided to use points. But it was pretty painless.

I booked myself but then I always do (I have trust issues :rotfl: ).

I ended up booking my airfare through ABD also although I did all of the research and then called them and told them what flights I wanted and they booked it for me so that I didn't have to get separate travel insurance.

Booking directly has been very painless and fast.

I used a TA that specializes in Disney to book my ABD adventure last year as well as my trip this year.

I went through AAA. Our agent was very helpful and proactive and found us better airfares than Disney offered. She also helped notify airlines and Disney re: peanut allergies, etc.
