Booking a Villa Questions

Hi all,

I just have a quick question about how early I can book a Villa. What's the lead time if I rent points? What's the lead time if I book directly through Disney?

When can I make it a package?

Not sure about renting points.For cash ressies rooms come up anywhere from 10-11 months out.If something isn't available when you first try, there is a possibility it will come up later on.We booked our last 2 BCV stay at 10 and 11 months out.

11 months for someone to book at their home resort. 7 months for someone to book at non-home resorts. Please, do some reading and research about it before trying to rent points. There is info here on the DIS, also on Mousesavers.com and Allears.net.
