Booking a table out of U S A

I am taking my 9 yr old to wdw at easter. We are staying at movies and I would like to take her to crystal palace for dinner one day.
I dont think you can book prioritry seating from England though, so do you think there is any chance we could get a table if I book when we get there

I did my Chef Mickeys reservation (priority seatings) by phone, 6 or 7 months before my last trip and we didnt have a problem with that. By the way, the CM on the phone was very attentive and told me some details about the food, restaurant, etc when I told him I was calling from Brazil.
