booking a room

We are staying at the Poly concierge June 12-16. There is a certain room I would like to request for my family to stay in. Does anyone know who I contact to make this request and how many days in advance I can actually call and do it.

would suggest you fax in request for any particular room or type of room interested about 3-4 days prior to your arrival, the room assignments are not done till then 407-824-2000 Poly phone

or call back reservations and ask that requests be put in your reservations prior to that

There have been many posts about fax requests no longer being accepted by the hotels. It was getting out of hand for the hotels to control all the requests they were receiving. Current procedure is to contact CRO and have them put your request on your reservation. That way it is in their computer system.
