Why is it that the answers you receive when booking a room can vary so wildly? I realize that people are people, not robots, but some folks are much more helpful. I called a couple of weeks ago to book a room at WL. The CM I talked to said they had no availability for one day of the stay and that we would have to pay $199 for that night rather than $124. Before I booked I called DW who basically said I don't care what it costs, I need a fix. WHen I called to book I got a different person who not only got me a room for all 5 nights but volunteered that he could do even better than the $124 because of a card we had been mailed (but had yet to receive). He also didn't try to move me to a more expensive room which seemed to be the first person's mission in life.
