Booking a room just for FP+

We booked a last minute Spring Break trip at Hilton LBV on points. I will be in FL for work and will need to stay somewhere for 1 night before they arrive.

I was going to grab a room by the airport, however, if I book a room at say, All Star Movies, Can I book FP+ for just one day or for as many days as my tickets?

From what I have read, I believe the only difference between On-Site FP+ vs Off-Site FP+ is the 30 day vs 60 day advanced reservation period.

I also believe the biggest advantage for On-Site Lodging is Extra Magic Hours, since Off-Site Guests now can purchase Magic Bands.

I don't think I can book FP+ off site. Hilton LBV does get EMH.

it opened yesterday to everyone ;0) you have to have your tickets linked to MDE. offsite gets 30 days advance

As of yesterday, all offsite guests can book FP+ reservations 30 days in advance. You have to have tickets linked to your MDE account, though.
