Booking a room for friends w/ 40% pin code

Hi all! I have a room on hold at the Poly (will be making my deposit tomorrow) using the 40% code.

My DH and I are considering inviting some friends to go with us. Can I book another room for them using the code? What if they want to stay at a different resort?

How would I handle payments? Would I pay on my card and then have them pay me back?

Any experience you've had with this would be helpful...thanks!

You can book up to 3 rooms, doesnt matter what resort, you can use their credit card for payment on their res

Not sure, but you might have to show your ID and be the one to check in.
