Thanks to puente0629 post in another thread I have learned about this company. It is a few hundred dollars cheaper to book a Rolls through viptg. Has anyone ever used or heard of them? I see they are the ones who do the pink Rolls. I am just worried about having trouble with them getting onto our resort and picking me up etc. I have called and emailed them this afternoon and they are very polite and prompt but I haven't booked yet. Thanks for your help.

I know another bride had a problem when she tried to book the pink rolls not through Disney and they wouldn't allow it so she had to cancel it.

Chilly-thanks for responding. It seems like to good of a deal to really be true. I was wondering if Disney would say they can't drive on the Boardwalk or something like that.

Hi,

No problem...:thumbsup2

I don't see why they would not let you use an outside transportation if you meet their minimum and your wedding is not in a theme park. Also, VIP is one if the many vendors that Disney uses. I'm trying to work it in to my bugdet and if I can, I'm definitely using them. I'm actually using 3 outside vendors for flowers, linens and chairs.

I am not surprised to hear about the other bride who had to cancel the rolls b/c it wasn't booked through disney. I'm thinking that disney may have an agreement with some of these outside vendors. Especially if the same vendor is offered THROUGH disney. I would double check with both VIP and your disney planner. We had the pink rolls but went through disney b/c we had the fortunate problem of needing to spend more to meet the minimum! :thumbsup2

I think it is because VIP is a Disney vendor that you have to do it through Disney.

I am having a S & D VR and I am sure they would allow it!!!
Can anybody give me an estimate of how much a white rolls and 2 limos would be?
Thanks

I have had 2 emails and 1 phone call with VIP and each time they assure me it is no problem. I need to check with my wedding planner.

tinkerbell-I cut and pasted a bit from one of my emails. There is also a 20% charge for the driver.
Stretch Limousine (8-10 Passengers) $250.00 (3 hour wedding package)
Transfers start at $150.00 (transfer is from Point-A to Point-B without any stops in between)

-or-
Antique Rolls Royce Silver Cloud (2 Passengers) $450.00 (3 hour wedding package)
Transfers start at $375.00 (transfer is from Point-A to Point-B without any stops in between)

Ugh, I know I'm going to have the pay the big $$ because the reception is in Epcot  but I'd love to know if they let you!

My planner said that if we book through viptg they can not go on the Boardwalk so that rules it out for us. Also she will not know exactly when we are getting dropped off.

I thought it seemed to good to be true. I would think other locations it might work (except in the park).
