Booking a Kidani Standard Studio

I am renting some of my DVC points to someone and am getting ready to make the reservation next week. I will be using 11 2013 HHI points + borrowing 60 2014 AKV points for a reservation the last week of September/first week of October in a Kidani standard studio. I also plan on purchasing 14 one-time use points to add a night at the end. I will be calling exactly 7 months out. My question is if I can't call right at 8:00 CST, will I miss out on a room? I will not be available to call until 8:40. If there is a chance I will miss out on a room, should I go ahead and book the 6 nights online, then call at 8:40 to buy the extra points and add the extra night then? If so, would they be able to link the reservation so there would be no moving rooms? Any advice would be much appreciated.

I don't know about next week, but I just checked dates from the middle of August through the current 7 month booking window - ie 6 to 7 months out. Other than 3 days in August, Kidani Standard was always available. Good luck.
