Booking a Holiday for Immediate Family Members?

Hi,

My parents are DVC members and want to book a Disney World holiday using their points for myself & my bf. They themselves will not be going.
Is it possible for them to book a stay at one of the hotels for me, as an immediate family member who still lives in their household?
Or do they have to be staying with us at the hotel for us to use their points?

My mum seems to think it's quite obviously fine, but I'm not so sure it's that clear cut!?

Good news!! It is that clear cut! .. they just make the reservations and put down the names of who's going to be staying. No other questions will be asked. You're all set. Enjoy!!

Yes, they can book a stay for you in your names. They do not need to be staying with you.
