Booking +10 online?

I am pretty sure last time I booked +10 online there was somewhere to put in my reservation so it picked it up... I'm not having any luck finding it though. I also tried signing into my reservation to do it and still the same... do I have to call or am I totally missing something?

It's on the individual restaurant page at the top. A choice to associate your reservation. Once you've done that on one page, you won't have to do it for the others.
