Just booked our first cruise...............But, it's still quite a ways out! We will be setting sail May 22, 2004 on a 7 day Western Carribean Cruise. I will be traveling with my husband and 5 (then 6) year old son. Staying in a cat. 6, room 6078.............does anyone know if this is a good stateroom?
We've been to Disney World twice with in the last couple years but, this will be a first for us. We are all very excited!!
We had to change our feb 22, Eastern to a May 4, 2003 Land and Sea. Family of 8 total, myself. DH, DS5, DD2, both sets of grandparents and my sister and brother in law and my niece, 7 will be joining us for cruise portion. Cannot wait to see the Wonder and the Beach Club.
Finally, someone that is going the same time we are!
That will be so nice to have other family members to care for your children so you and your husband can have some alone time. I wish we could have talked my parents into going. One of my biggest worries is that there won't be any spots available in Flounder's Reef for my 2 1/2 and 1 year old.
Add us to the list...We are going Aug. 16, 2003. DH, myself, DS17, DS 10(going to turn 11 while on the cruise), & DS8.
We are also going on the Wonder 4 night cruise Dec. 19, 2004.
Can't Wait!!!!

Our daughters decided to save coins in a jar. They also decided that any holiday or birthday money will also be put in the jar. When asked what they wanted to do with the money, the two older ones immediately said, "A Disney Cruise!" So, we've booked our first cruise. We set sail 11/13/04 on the seven night Eastern cruise and will be staying in one of the Royal Suites. The idea was they would save the money for the trip. My DH has resigned himself that the money we save will probably cover the tips! I think I am the one most excited and read the forums regularly.
DDs will be 12, turn 11 on the cruise, 6 and 3. We'll also celebrate our 14th anniversary while sailing!
...Welcome to the disboards! You will love it here!
btw...Your profile is very interesting! I'm very impressed, I can barely take care of my into-everything 18 month old dd, much less stay at home and take care of & teach 4 of them!! Great job!
Thanks for the welcome! Your into-everything 18 month old will soon be older saying, "Mom, I'm outta here! Can I have the car keys?" I bet you don't give yourself enough credit as to how well you DO handle your little explorer! Enjoy!
