Booked with Dreams Unlimited/AP Question

I have booked with Dreams to handle our vacation plans, but I received the email regarding the ap discount. I emailed my agent and haven't heard from her yet. Should I call myself and try to get rate or will that screw her up??? Help!

Sorry for rant.....I am having a mini breakdown. We need that rate!!!!

Just heard back from my agent. They are not offering an AP discount for Poly garden concierge for October. Now I am off to feel sorry for myself.....

I am in the same boat, but with a different TA. I haven't heard anything from her. I have Poly GVC booked and nobody has gotten an AP rate for Poly CL yet. I want to change my ressies, but can't get hold of her.

The comunication has been so bad, that for my Dec trip I went with a different agency. I recieved an email from her this morning, she got me a room at WL for my dates.

I was going to call and put the other rooms that I may get on hold and then transfer them if I have to.

I would be patient, I am sure that your agent is working on it for you.
I got an e-mail from Kelsie at DU, she got the AP rate applied to my December stay. $88.00 including tax, this is a a $30.00 a night savings over the AAA rate I had originally.
I love using DU, while everyone else is calling and on hold, I 'm sitting here at work, actually getting some work done.
