Thanks everyone! Ouch on the newer rates in February but it is still cheaper than a resort.
@FriendsOfEeyore - that was our first time and we love love loved it! The kids are planning their "everyone else is back in school" trip for the end of August to Guadalupe St Park and then we will go to the beach at the end of September so we have some work to do on the Pup anyway and I'll be happy on the beach just lounging under an umbrella and getting some sun on my big belly LOL!
