Booked w/Free Dining PLan-Now what?

Ok-so I booked POFQ w/ the offer on the Disney Visa-free dining for our stay.
I have never used the dining plan before, so my questions are :

How do I get a list of participating dining locations?

Should I start to book ressies as soon as is available? (going end of Aug.)
How soon is that is it 90 days? 180 days?


Any advice from people w/experience w/ dining plan would be appreciated.

you can book them now! When I booked our room, they transfered me to when I booked my room.

Thanks-I checked out those sights and downloaded the Disney Dining Plan-wealth of info. Now to plan...

I also read on the FAQ postings of this site-great info.

So I am thinking it is worth it to use two TS on the Hoopty Dee Do, if I can get a ressie! It just feels as if I am planning my Disney Days around the dining. Not something I usually do.
