Morning all :goodvibes

Many of you have been helping me with advice and feeback on flights this week. Just to let you know that I have booked! I guess I'm not one to wait around once I know what I want. :yay:

I'm very pleased, happy with the times, the airport and the price. That's one of the major things checked off the list.

Wow, what's left to do now? :rotfl:

Woohoo brill! You could start a pre trip pie!

I think I need to finish my TR from the last trip first. ;)

Wow you are fast :lmao:

So which airport are you going from this time??

I don't like things pending over me  When I wrestle with a decision, it can be intense, but is usually very short. ;)

Edinburgh, which I prefer to GLA. I prefer airport hotels too.

:cheer2::cheer2:
yay whats left now ??

how is the no smoking going ???

i think you definately will find it easier after the first week or so
the first friday night without a cigarette was tough for me - i even got dh to go through the bin to see if my old packet was in there

keep going and think of disney what better incentive :flower3:;)

brill news, who are you flying with?

I guess you could start packing :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

Thanks. Had a bad day yesterday. Decided to ignore it and just carry on as if it never happened, since I have done better so far than ever before.

:yay:

Great news Lee! Are you going with Continental?

Yes. :)

Keep going hun...you can do it....just keep thinking of all the loves $$$ you will have to spend once you get to Disney! :cool1::cool1::cool1:

Dp and I gave up in January this year just after we had booked this holiday and it was really a good incentive to keep going just thinking about all the money we were saving that would go towards our holiday. My big tip though would be to use as many nicotine replacement products that you can to make things as easy as possible for you. Dp and I did it through a NHS stop smoking clinic and had weekly meetings with a counsellor as well as free nicotine replacement products and to be honest I found it far easier than I thought it would be which I really do think was down to using the products...I was really suprised at how easy it was and this is coming from someone who has smoked 20 a day for over 20 years!

JUst give me a shout if you want any moral support at any time with the giving up :goodvibes

Might just call on you  I am a very determined person when I set my mind to something - that should help

You are so impatient. :rotfl2:

Well done, happy planning!!!!:goodvibes

Thanks Wayne. Yes, I am not one to wait around, but then by the time I start looking with intent to purchase, 99% of the time I know EXACTLY what I want so not too hard.

I am, as always, very grateful to everyone for all the input and support.

That is also true. But I can tell you the next best feeling - when it's paid for :lmao: And that, dear friends, comes second to the ultimate feeling: BEING ON HOLIDAY IN WDW! :cool1:

Well done Lee!!

Latest update posted last night. ;) Aiming to have at least 2 more days posted by the end of the weekend. :)

Well done!! How early did you do that though????

Netflights?

Thanks Kathryn.

No, I didn't do Netflights. With the dummy bookings I tried last night with various dates (still have to wait a week for CO flights to be released for my dates) once I put the flights into my cart, the price jumped by over £100 each time. :confused3 CO was cheaper. I couldn't find out what timezone they work on so I checked at midnight, 1 am and set my alarm for 5 to every hour until 5 am when my dates opened up. I wasn't kidding when I said once I set my mind on something, that's it! :rotfl2: 97 p credit available on the credit card though and it happens to be the day before the next statement cut off so it will be due at the end of the month :rolleyes1

I am so pleased about it though. I knew the route, times and price I wanted and it's about knowing yourself. I would not have been relaxed sitting it out and hoping for a good sale in the months to come.
