Booked SoG with Only 2 Months Notice

Just a public service annoucement.

I have scheduled an impromptu trip to WDW over the weekend. Tried to book SoG through their website and was told there was no availability. Called this morning and managed to book two rooms starting on June 14th. I asked the SoG CM why the website didn't show availability. He said they are two different systems and the on-line system lags behind and doesn't show true availability.

Just wanted everyone to know in case you were discouraged by the on-line service.

I found that out last week when I checked for two rooms, 24-31 July. The website said no availability, but when I called to check for overflow rates (which is what I wanted ) the clerk told me that the when they get down to a certain number of rooms, the website shows not available.

I had the same situation. I was able to get two rooms for the dates that I needed through the reservation telephone number. Glad I called.
