Well he came a little early to the hotel so we shot there. I didnt count my 3 hours (like some might.. and get a little cheated) as 3 consecutive hours. Because through some of my time... we were in transportation mode. Randy didnt ride over in the limo with us ofcourse. My wedding was at 1:00. He got to my hotel at like 11 something (he said he finished up early).. but I had made plans to begin my time with him at 12. The plan was..
Shoot me & Shane seperately throughout an hour at the hotel, Wilderness Lodge... getting ready, outside the resort, with family, etc.
That was 12noon.
From 1-2pm he was to shoot the ceremony and reception at Sea Breeze Point. (When its a small crowd.. you dont need a lot of time at the ceremony and reception). We got a lot of photos there and might have even left a little early.
We then requested that we shoot the remaining hour of our time on the grounds of the Grand Floridian.. near the fountain, in the grass, on the beach, etc.
This was the last hour.
He doesnt mind do to anything that you ask, or travel anywhere... as long as you tell him before hand what you want to do. As for the Grand Floridian... we had to call DFTW the day before our event to see where each bride would be that day... so that we didnt interfere and have them see us (its policy that no 2 brides see one another on their day). Since we would be leaving the Boardwalk for photos.. we did this out of courtesy. There was another bride shooting photos at the GF.. so Randy just walked in front of us before we drastically moved locations to make sure she wasnt around.
Make the most of your time.... its very do'able. GL!
