DH phoned, which he hates doing in case he gets anything wrong :)

4 nights at Villas at Wilderness Lodge
2 nights at one of the Universal Resorts
2 nights at Beach Club Villas
6 nights at Boardwalk Villas

leaving on the 25th April!

First off all the DVC is booked at BWV and will then phone at 7 months(Sept/Oct) and change it to VWL and BCV :)

Both times we have stayed at the BWV before we got a Boardwalk View but no luck this time so just a preferred view. I am right in thinking this is over the pools?

Any ideas to put down as request for views at VWL and BCV???

Woo hoo! :thewave:

Sounds good so far. Good luck for your 7 month bookings.

Sorry, I haven't got any suggestions for BCV / VWL views, but hopefully you'll be happy wherever you are if it's DVC :)

We will be on our 3rd DVC trip at the same time, even though we haven't done the 2nd yet!!! (Gosh that count down is moving slowly).

We'll be at BCV from 29th April to 13th May with BIL, SIL and DN - hoping that the magic rubs off and they join too.....

See you there? Good luck with the 7 month window. Sorry can't help with BWV views as I'm still hooked on my home resort and haven't tried the others yet.

Hi Kaylee,

Well done on booking the trip :bounce: no ideas about views for BCV i'm afraid as we haven't stayed there yet. We did stop at VWL about 3 years ago but I can't remember much about the views now - perhaps ask for something closer to the elevator - I think this avoids the infamous dumpster view at the end of the corridor.

Doesn't it feel wonderful to get a countdown going again? And you know you'll get an extra special little tingle when the confirmation paperwork arrives....and then again when you do your 7-month bookings! Lots of little milestones before the trip arrives :D

We're home at BWV from the 17th for 12 days, so I think we'll be gone by the time you transfer across, but as you'll just be across the way at BCV maybe we can meet up for a sundae at Beaches and Cream or something!

Sounds like a 'meet' is in order ;)

Paul looking forward to meeting Tiggers friend :teeth:

I misread your post!

Views at BCV? We really like the quiet pool view, it's really pretty. The resort being sort of crescent shaped around the pool means that you get lots of twinkly lights at night and there's no stress of not getting the Epcot/service road view.....! It's also convenient for the parking lot but that doesn't detract from the quiet pool view in any way.

If you have any more questions, I promise to read them more carefully!!

So pleased you finally did it Kaylee. You may be pleased to note that I will not be in the USA at that time as I have a knack of picking national disasters. :wave2:

We're in the process of booking our next years holiday as well, 12 nights at BCV :hyper: :hyper: (booked 7 nights so far, can book the remainder on Monday)

I would agree with BeverlyJ, that the best view is overlooking the Quiet Pool. Its open until 11pm at night, but it doesn't get noisy.

We overlooked the canal a few months ago and it was very very quiet, we could even see the Alligator swimming in it on most days. We actually requested Epcot view, and were originally disappointed when we were told in the lobby, but we loved the view so much we have requested a quiet pool view for next year (Will probably get Epcot view now ;) )
