glad it worked out. BTW-what boarding pass did your son get for the flight down? I am worried that if something like this happens, one of my kids would get a high C , and i would be the only adult so i would have to wait in line for the C with them? Did you get assigned a boarding letter, but couldn't print it til the airport?

He had A24. The web page showed that he was checked in we just couldn't print the bp.

thanks for the update, i was afraid that one of my kids might not be able to get the boarding pass and wait til the airport. Glad to know that they assigned it. Did you pay EB fee to SW?

Yes, I paid for EBCI. We got A24 & A25 on the way to Orlando and A21 & A22 on the flight home. I think I would have been able to check him in anyway because the error didn't occur until I clicked the print button. But if you're really worried, you might want to purchase EBCI. You probably don't have anything to worry about though.
