Booked my airfare thru Expedia

do I go thru Expedia to check in for my flight? How about paying for my checked luggage?

I usually by my airfare direct from the airline, so I'm not sure if anything is different going thru Expedia. TIA!

we just recently booked usairways thru expedia and were able to checkin online thru usair same as we normally would. It also gave the options of upgrading or paying for bags, just as if we would have booked thru usairways.
