Booked! - Eurotunnel Opinions?

We are off to the Disneyland Hotel for 4 nights this May Half-Term

We decided to book for Eurotunnel for the first time - what's the journey like? Does anyone know where I can get decent directions from over the internet, or is the journey very straight-forward? Any recommendations for a hotel near Folkestone?

We usually stay at the Ashford International Hotel details

here

you must check in at Eurotunnel at least 30 mins before dept. You are then given a boarding time and a lane number to follow. boarding information is given on large screens in the terminal building. The journey is very smooth and passes very quickly and you exit directly onto the motorway network. I will post again later with detailed directions but it is very easy and takes just under 3hrs to reach DLP.
