Booked Direct with DLP

We have booked our hotel and flights with DLP. I presumed that I needed to book my transfers from airport to the hotel myself but am now wondering if they are included.
I have tried looking for an e mail address but been unsuccessful.
Can anyone help me please?

you have to call DLP if you booked direct I guess.

you could try emailing DLP.UK.ADMIN@disney.com , giving them your booking reference number.

Transfers via the VEA bus are included when you book a flight inclusive package.
