Booked direct with Disney - documentation?

Booked direct with Disney - l phoned today to check when any further documentation would arrive. Person l spoke to said since l had booked my own transport all l would need is the booking confirmation they sent me & nothing else would be posted to me. She said we would get our Park tickets/character breakfast vouchers/Paris evening tour voucher at reception when we arrive. Is that the experience of others who have booked direct with Disney? (Being the cautious type, just double checking).

I haven't booked directly with Disney, but when we book with our travel agent, we don't get that much.
We get our train tickets, and a booklet with "vouchers", which consists of 95% publicity for the tour operator and contact information of DLRP, and 1 sheet with our name + number on.

I wouldn't be too concerned, everyone gets his meal vouchers, hoppers, ... at check in in the hotel! It will all be ready in an envelope at check in!

I booked hotel and park tickets direct with Disney on web-site and just received an e-mail confirmation. So it seems to be standard practice!

Yes that is standard. I booked many times with Disney. The only thing you get is letter with your booking number. And when you arrive at the hotel you will get your tickets and all the other things you booked. Don't worry you will have a great trip! And don't forget we want to see pictures and and a trip report!

We have booked direct with disney each time. You get a letter with the booking reference number on it. We just had to show the letter at Air France check-in, the VEA shuttle, and at hotel reception. Each time, all our details were held on their systems and tickets etc were either printed on the spot or were waiting for us.

There was no hanging around, searching for misplaced tickets or panicking - all went smoothly.

Same experience here. Take your letter of confirmation to hotel and you'll be given tickets etc
