Booked an ADR for someone else

My niece did not have time to stalk for an ADR to a popular restaurant so I offered to stalk for her. Using the names for my family that are already loaded into MDE, I booked the restaurant for her. She is using the DDP. Is there any reason I would HAVE to switch the ADR to her account? I hate the risk of dropping the ADR so she can pick it up immediately. Someone else could snatch it during the exchange. I just wasn't sure if she can show up with someone else's name as long as she has the confirmation. I didn't want it to mess up anything (like not matching her MDE information when she goes to use her dining credits).

There's no need to change the reservation to put it in her name if she doesn't need to change or cancel the reservation. She can present herself at the podium and give your name.

Is it a PPO ADR? If so, I think they scan your magic band before getting into the park to make sure you have an ADR.

If it's not PPO, then no problems. Just have them give your name, and let them know she is on the DDP (as it won't say so in the system).

She can’t preorder for BOG if it’s under a different MDE. Otherwise she can just give your name when checking in.

When I made an ADR for my Nephew and his wife who were linked in MDE, I just made her the reservation contact and it worked out fine

If at a resort she won't be able to park there as they will want to scan her MB to see the resie.
