Hello,
Back in May I called to book at room on the phone at AKL and asked for their king room's The CM told me that there was Pool View King as a bookable category like the Savanna king. I went ahead and booked and it says so on my reservation and confirmation letter with the nightly rates. Now that packages were released today I wanted to just see the pricing of the other rooms and noticed that pool view king is not a bookable category online. Very strange! also my rates that I booked on the phone with the CM are cheaper than the rates online. Is this normal? or did I just get a weird rare anomaly?
