booked 4/3... is it too late to upgrade my room category?

I booked YC water view using the 4/3 discount for our trip in August. Since that promotion is no longer availible, is it too late to upgrade my room reservation to the concierge level under that deal?

If there is availability you can, but usually guest services will have to change it since the code is no longer active....

I have been trying to either upgrade to Concierge or switch to BC/YC and it has been very difficult. They keep saying there is nothing available at any deluxe. I don't know if it's just because the code expired or what.

If there is availability they can change it, but there were only a limited number of rooms with the promotion.

Thanks for the advice...I called this afternoon and lucky for me there was still availability for the concierge room and I was able to upgrade under the 4/3 deal no problem.
