Hi,
I booked two rooms at CSR this morning online. I had waited on hold on the phone for an hour and a half to change my two existing reservations but had to go to work...so I just booked the new ones online. As I was completing the second one, a CM answered the phone. I cancelled the two pre-existing ressies.
Soon after, I got a confirmation for the first reservation, but still have not received the second one.
I tried searching for it on the disney website and it can't be found. Should I be worried? I wonder if I should book another package and just cancel this one if it shows up. I just don't want to miss out on the free dining!!! I also already have $400 in deposits that have to be credited...and this will be another $200.
Help! What should I do!?!?! I can't call Disney...I don't have another 2 hours to wait on hold.
