Booked 2 placeholders....now I have a question

So I booked 2 placeholders on one of my last sailings and I know we need to use them both for one sailing (we were debating B2B but decided against it).

It was just my husband and I on the sailing I booked these. We are now looking at a sailing where grandparents may also be joining us. Would we be able to book directly under their name or do I need to book one room in my name and one in my husbands?

You should be able to book you+DH in 1 stateroom and the grandparents in the other. However if the grandparents are a different CC status you might want to mix-and-match so both staterooms have the same status/booking/online check-in (assuming you and DH are the same).
