Book Tickets for 07 now or wait??

I am hoping for some advice of buying Universal tickets for May 07. Am I better off buying them now when they have specials on, or waiting for room and tickets packages to become available later this year? As yet I cannot price a package that includes tickets at any of the Loews Hotels. THey only come up with room only prices, so not sure whether to book this and tickets seperately or wait.
