book or online help???

Can someone direct me to a good book or online site (or both) for beginner photographers? Something that includes not only technical terms but also composition, lighting and such would be great. Thanks!

I was going to post this site, but Kelly beat me to it!

I just bought my first SLR yesterday and I know VERY little about photography. I went through that site yesterday and it was VERY easy to understand and I learned a ton! I definately recommend it!
