If i want to book the lowest cost 3 nights cruise for February 2018, is it better off to book it now or wait till they have those IGT rate offer? I have no idea which way is cheaper, Book months in advance or wait till closer to sail and look for discount?

I watched that time period this past winter, and would say there were relatively few *GT offered on 3-night cruises. Early February more likely than mid- or late February. And the few that I peeked at seemed to be higher fares than opening day rates. Now, I don't know how much Feb 2018 3-nights have increased from opening day until now.

Will you cruise anyway, even without a *GT? If you really want to cruise, I'd book now. If you are willing to chance either no *GT and/or possible higher fares, I suggest having a plan B in mind.

Enjoy your cruise!

I haven't have real plan. Just dreaming about it is all. I love Disney but my spouse would like to do something else. I just need an excuse (like found a great deal) so I can cruise again. LoL

It's true that Dream cruises are less likely to get discounts. However, last year, there were discounts on Dream cruises in February. Here's what was offered for *GT last year:
2/3/017 Dream, 3-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral IGT $1,129 OGT $1,189 VGT $1,249
2/13/017 Dream, 4-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral IGT $1,459 OGT $1,539 VGT $1,619

There were more discounts offered for Florida residents and military too.

These discounts started to appear in late December, early January.

Bottom line is past discounts do not guarantee future discounts. If you 100% want to cruise, I personally would book. If you are ok with winging it - cruising if there is a rate or figuring out something else closer to the date, then wait.

Do you know if you can use an OBB discount with a GT rate?

Those are per person price?
If so, then it is not much of a saving then. I checked this morning, inside stateroom starts at about $600?? Do I get it right?
