Book Early for AKL!!

We just booked our May 2008 trip today; staying at AKL, pool view. Our travel agent agreed when I mentioned booking early to ensure the room we wanted due to the construction and losing "regular" rooms to the vacation rooms. Last time I checked online, standard and pool view rooms at AKL were gone for February (haven't checked the other months, though). So, if you want AKL standard or pool, book early!!

Last two trips i've booked about 1 year in advance, however going forward we plan to book as close to 499 days out as we can. We'll apply any future discounts when they come out that way the discount we receive will be used towards extra spending cash.

Both stays at AKL have been standard room views w/free upgrade to Savannah. Hopefully my luck will continue in regards to the free upgrades.
