Book DLGC on cash until '08 chart out?

As far as I know the 2008 point charts for DL are still not out yet. We are planning to go in June 2008. Should I book the vacation with cash to make sure I can get a ressie, and then change over once point charts are out? We will be going after school is out and I'd hate to find out it's booked already once the charts come out. Has anyone done this before? Can I do this through MS and is there a deposit required? Thank you!

You should call Member Services or DLR reservations for a definitive answer but neither option may be available. We'll be at Grand Californian from 12/30 - 1/6, but we're only booked through 1/2 right now because cash reservations weren't available for further into 2008 either. Edited to Add: If you book through DLR reservations, a deposit is not required but a guarantee is required.
